お部屋の中の狭いスペースでできるジャズダンス。
こちらは【初級】レベルです。
少しやったことある方や、沢山踊ってみたい方向けです。


【オススメポイント】
・お部屋の狭い場所や、小さなスペースでもできる！
・通う必要がないので、お子さんやベビーちゃんがいても、
そばでレッスン受けられます！
・オンラインなので周りの目を気にせず楽しめる。

踊りたい！でもスタジオに通えない。
そんな気持ちを発散させましょう！！


【内容】
初め10分ストレッチ
その後30分振り付け＆ダンス

バストアップのみ映してのレッスンですので、
立っていても、座っていてもOK。
狭いお部屋でも楽しんで頂けます。

振り付け曲は２週間ごとで変わりますが、
どのタイミングでのご参加でも構いません。

例）１週目・２週目　同じ曲

※3/11はこの日限りの振り付けです。

海外の生徒さんが参加の場合、インストラクターは日本語英語混ぜてレッスン致します。

⚫︎接続が不安な場合は、5分前にURLオープン致しますので、お早めにご参加下さい。

⚫︎zoom接続時、背景に映ってはいけないモノがないか確認してください。

⚫︎wifi環境の良い場所で受講ください。

⚫︎レッスン時、映像の遅延が発生した場合は、一度抜けて再度入り直して下さい。大抵の場合戻ります！

●受講者の海外の方がいらっしゃる場合、インストラクターは日本語に英語混ぜながら行います。

●レッスン中は生徒様の音声をミュートに致します。
振り付けがわからない場合は、画面前で手を振って下さい。
こちらも都度皆さんにお声がけして行きます！

⚫︎If you are worried about the connection, I will open the URL 5 minutes before the event.

⚫︎When connecting to zoom, please make sure there are no objects in the background that should not be visible.

⚫︎︎Please take the class in a place with a good wifi environment.

⚫︎︎If you experience a video delay during the lesson, please exit and re-enter the lesson. Most of the time it will come back!

If there is an overseas student, the instructor will mix English with Japanese.

The instructor will mute the students' voices during the lesson.
If you do not understand the choreography, please wave your hand in front of the screen.
I will ask you to wave your hands in front of the screen if you don't understand the choreography.
